JSC «Kaztemirtrans» makes freight cars fixing on the basis of 4 car-repair shops — the branches of the company, also renders repair services of wheelsets of fixing area and spare parts of freight cars.

Location of car-repair shops:

The car-repair shop Arys:

1) Specialization: fixing of gondola cars, boxcars, goods trucks, grain carriers, tank-trucks, fitting trucks.

2) Method of cars fixing in the shed is stationary, productive capacity — 1800 cars a year.

3) Main production and support shops:

• Car assembly (6 fixing boxes);
• trolley;
• area on wheelset fixing;
• AKP;
• KPA;
• Forge-machine shop;
• OGM;
• DOTs;
• boiler (mazut).

 

The car-repair shop BALHASH:

1) Specialization: fixing of gondola cars, boxcars, hopper-batchers.

2) Method of cars fixing in the shed is stationary, productive capacity — 1800 cars a year.

3) Main production and support shops:

• Car assembly (6 fixing boxes);
• Wheel trolley shop;
• area on wheelset fixing with the shop on roller axle-boxes fixing;
• AKP;
• KPA;
• Forge-machine shop;
• OGM;
• Compressor station;
• boiler (coal).

 

The car-repair shop KUSHMURUN:

1) Specialization: fixing of gondola cars, boxcars, goods trucks, grain carriers.
