Shagdarbek Nakipbekovich Zhaissanbayev
The Chairman of the Board (President) of «Kaztemirtrans» JSC

Education: in 1985 he graduated from Alma-Ata Institute of Railway Traffic Engineers, specialty: railway traffic processes management; In 2002 he graduated from Alma-Ata University of Economics and Statistics.

Shagdarbek Nakipbekovich started his career in 1985 from the position of a dispatcher to the head of the «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» transportation department in Pavlodar.

In 2002 he became the head of the «Bogatyr Trans» LTD (Pavlodar) and held the office of the Director General till July 2009. In July, 2009 he was appointed by the president «Kaztemirtrans» JSC. Since July, 2009 acting president of «Kaztemirtrans» JSC was awarded with an anniversary medal by 10 years old of Republic of Kazakhstan and with honorary title «Honorary railwayman» and with an anniversary medal «Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan — 20 years».

Graduated from Alma-Ata Institute of railway transportation engineers with the degree in railway carriage and wagon industry.

Started working in 1973 as a mechanic apprentice in the train depot of the station Ayaguz. Worked as a foreman, senior master of wagon assembly plant, senior engineer in industrial engineering department.

In 1997–2000 was at the head of Akmolinsk wagon depot (ICD-8).

In 2000 was appointed to the post of chief engineer — acting vice-president of BSE «Remvagon», from 2003 to 2008 headed depot of the affiliated branch «Bogatyr Trans» — Ekibastuz car shed.

In 2009 was appointed to the post of chief engineer of LLP «Kamkor Wagon».
From January 2011 the manufacturing vise-president of JSC «Kaztemirtrans».

Graduated from Kazakh State Law Academy, specialty — lawyer. In 2009 got the second higher education graduating from Kazakh construction and architecture academy (Almaty), specialty — accounting and auditing, qualification — engineer and economist.

Worked in the system of JSC «NC «Kazakhstan temir zholy», JSC «Kedentransservice», was a head of a private transport company for some years. He is fluent in English.

From June, 2011, Vice-president on economics and finance in JSC «Kaztemirtrans».

In 2004 graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University (Astana) with a degree in law, then, in 2007 — from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K. Satpayev with a degree in exploitation of oil and gas fields.

From 2005 to 2009 worked in oil and gas industry.

In 2010 was appointed to the post of advisor of the president of JSC «Remlokomotiv»- the general director of LLP «Locomotive Assembly Plant», was engaged in realization of the Project on creation of joint production of main electric locomotives for the needs of JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy».

From June, 2011, Development Vice-president in JSC «Kaztemirtrans».

He has got two high educations: in 1998 in Astana he graduate Agrarian University named after S. Seyfullin on speciality an engineer-mechanic, in 2002 he graduated from the National Academy named after L. Gumilev on speciality economist-manager.

He had been working as a chief in different state bodies and financial organizations. He has been working in «Kaztemirtrans» JSC since 2008.

He is a Doctor of Philosophy.

Ablaev Erzhan Essenbekovich
Acting executive director

He graduated from Karaganda State university named after E. Buketov in 2001, specialty is jurisprudence. He got a second higher education in Kazakh University of passageways, specialty is transportation organization, traffic circulation and operation. He has a Master’s degree.

He worked in private business from 2001. From 2009 he worked in the railway transport system as an executive director of ‘Transportation service centre» JSC, a head of legal work and guarantee management in «TSC» JSC.

He has been an acting executive director in «Kaztemirtrans» JSC since February, 1, 2012.

Almusin Dyusembay Tokimovich
The chief executive on maintenance of carload park

Since 2008 he is the Managing director on transportation process. He is the graduate of the Moscow institute of the engineers of a railway transportation.

In sphere of railway branch he has been working in sphere of railway branch for more than 25 years. He is awarded with a sign «For Labour Services», for the personal contribution in achievement of high results of activity he is awarded with the various diplomas of the joint-stock company «Kaztemirtrans».

Umirzakov Erlan Erbolatovich
Production support executive director

He graduated from Kazakh State Academy on Management in Almaty, speciality is an economist, State University named after Ch. Valihanov in Kokshetau, faculty is jurisprudence.

He worked at different positions in system of «NC «Kazakhstan temir zholy» JSC, in state and commercial organizations.

He has been in «Kaztemirtrans» JSC since 2008.
He is a candidate for a degree of Doctor of Science, Economics at International Academy of Informational support in UN (Adam Smith University, USA).

Kayresheva Mira Vladimirovna
The chief executive on economy and finance

She graduated from the Institute of National economy in Almaty with honors. She has a degree of Master of business administration (MBA).

Her working experience began in 1992 in Ministry of Labour of Republic of Kazakhstan.

She worked as a chief financial adviser in the project of the World Bank, as a Chief of the department of Asset Management and Development of the system projects of joint-stock company «Centre of engineering and technology transfer».

In May, 2008 she was appointed as a Chief of Department of Economy and finance of «Kaztemirtrans» joint-stock company. Since August, 2009 she has been a chief executive on economy and finance of «Kaztemirtrans» joint-stock company.

Mukashev Mekenbay
The chief executive on repair of carload park

In 1986 he graduated from the Engineer Institute of the railway transportation in Almaty on speciality car-building and carload facilities. In 2004–2006 he got the second higher education on speciality science of law.

His working experience began as a mechanic. He worked as a foreman, an engineer, deputy chief of car-repair depot. During some years he was a chief of Aktyubinsk branch office of «Kaztemirtrans» joint-stock company. From 2005 he worked as a deputy chief, then as a chief of carload facilities department of «Kaztemirtrans» joint-stock company.

Since August, 2009 he has been a chief executive on repair of carload park of «Kaztemirtrans» joint-stock company.

Akhmetov Nurlan Kassenovich
Acting executive director of new projects

He graduated the State technical university in Karaganda in 1998. The specialty is an engineer-economist.

He began his labour activity from the customs administration in Karaganda region, then he worked in business corporations.

He worked in the system of JSC «NC «KTZh» from 2008: as an engineer in the economic department in Karaganda road department, an assistant director of freight and commercial work in Karaganda branch of JSC «Kaztemirtrans». In 2008–2012 he headed regional branches of JSC «Kaztemirtrans» in Kostanay and Pavlodar.

He has been an Acting executive director of new projects in JSC «Kaztemirtrans» since February, 27, 2012.

Aitzhanov Amanbai Mutalovich
Principal engineer

He graduated from railway transport engineering institute in Alma-Ata, specialty is carriage engineering and carriage sector.

He began his industrious life in 1978 as a mechanic in a car shed at Uralsk station. He worked as a crew chief, an instructor of career education at maintenance station of the car shed at Iletsk station, a chief foreman at Uralsk operating car shed.

From 2003 to 2009 he was working as a branch director of JSC «NC «Kazakhstan temir zholy» — «Astana operating car shed», and from 2009 he was working as a department director of the carriage sector of JSC «NC «Kazakhstan temir zholy».

In JSC «Kaztemirtrans» since May, 2011.

Uzenbayev Meiramaly Nuskenovich
Chief Accountant

He has been working in the system of the railway transport since 1981 after graduating from Moscow institute of railway transport engineers

After the institute he had executive positions in the sphere of accounting organization and financial accountability of the railway transport.

In 1997 — 2002 he was an accountant in RSE «Kazakhstan tenir zholy».

He has been working in JSC «Kaztemirtrans» since 2004 and since 2008 he has been a chief accountant of the Company.

He is a possessor of the badge «Adal enbegi ushin» — an honorary railway employee.
